List10 Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use List10 on the web, as a PWA or in the iOS and Android apps. By using List10 you accept these terms.

1. The service

List10 is provided by Stråle & Co AB. List10 is a shopping list with translation, store ordering and sharing. We may improve, change or discontinue features.

2. Account

You are responsible for your account and the content of your lists. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account.

3. Premium and payments

  • List10 Premium can be purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play as an annual subscription or as a one-time purchase (Lifetime).
  • The current price is shown in the app before you confirm the purchase. Prices and currencies may vary by country or region.
  • Payment is charged to the App Store or Google Play account used when the purchase is confirmed.
  • The annual subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the next renewal. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically.
  • Refunds and other payment-related matters are handled by Apple or Google under their terms and applicable rules.
  • Premium may include access for one additional household member as described in the app at the time of purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access or use List10 unlawfully.

5. Liability

List10 is provided on an "as is" basis. Translations and product suggestions may contain errors. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Privacy

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be handled by Swedish courts, without limiting any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory consumer protection laws.
